 Organisational Alignment is part of the services I provide, for large groups of people in an organisation or business.

It saves a lot of your time, in one OA. People spend years analyzing a business, OA does it in 15 min, and it brings up everything. 

I work with the CEO, senior management, board members, partners and the rest of the employees. The whole team can be present while they are being balanced. I also work with branches, with a sole department, smaller businesses, freelancers and projects. 

 
 

How do the issues affect the sales/performance 

The performance and sales are being influenced by the issues. 
OA releases the issues from their root causes. 
Most blockages are unconscious patterns. They get revealed in the process.
The process is measured. If there is a low number it could be that there is stress in what the person/team wants to achieve or that the specific subject is unsuccessful.
The percentage shows how fully active the organisation’s true potential is. How efficient are your inputs and outputs, it all manifests visually.
This percentage isn’t an evaluation, but in the context, something might be inhibiting the success, or something isn’t manifested or expressed.
Then, it grows up while the blockages are released and the new manifestations emerge.

 

Changing the program for success

The way of proceeding is in a harmonious and flowing state, in resonance with the highest purpose. All aligned.
There is no mind talk for nothing, the ego always wants to be right, but during the process, people are being healed and a new understanding arises, with awareness.

I only do OA if the client commits after the session to keep the energy, do the homework, and take the necessary actions. It requires the willingness to take responsibility and make changes. 

There is a follow-up, in a way that non-organisation becomes dependent on me.

    It depends on your requirements. It is divided into sessions which can be done in days, or in a full day.
